Hip Hop (Time)
1 Mile Run

½ Double Unders or 2x Single Unders
800 Meter Run or 1000 Meter Row or 40/32 Calorie Bike
2x Single Unders, no longer than 1:30 on the set of 100
Looking to complete today’s workout in under 20 minutes.
