We scale to your fitness level, so you get a challenging workout every time! After completing your personal training sessions, individuals will be prepared to join traditional CrossFit classes. In these classes, participants will be executing a wide variety of movements with a large focus on proper mechanics. We are in no hurry to approach high levels of intensity; everything starts with mechanics and consistency. These classes are easily scalable, or can be made more challenging for experienced members. Movement efficiency is the main objective for everyone. These classes are perfect for individuals looking for a general physical preparedness program and to improve quality of life.
