EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) for 30 Minutes:

Minute 1 (and so on): 50% RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) for whole minute

Minute 2 (and so on): 60% RPE

Minute 3 (and so on): 5 Tricep Kickback
