Our Classes

Our members value an environment that is safe, supportive, non-judgmental and non-intimidating—with a community that’s welcoming and encouraging, no matter what your fitness goal or skill level. Here, we put the most emphasis on the idea that consistent, small changes lead to big results. You don’t have to be perfect, but you should aim to do the little things well and understand that this leads to progress in all walks of life. We strongly promote a progression to mastery of movement, emphasizing the importance of moving well and staying injury-free.
  • Basic Training

    The course consists of six 1-hour sessions where you’ll be introduced to CrossFit through discussions, movements, and workouts. The course has been constructed to slowly introduce one to CrossFit regardless of fitness level. By the end of Basic Training, you should feel comfortable with the movements and demands of any workout, and confident that your coach will be able to scale any workout to meet your needs.

  • CrossFit

    We scale to your fitness level, so you get a challenging workout every time. After completing the basic training course, individuals will be prepared to join traditional CrossFit classes. In these classes, participants will be executing a wide variety of movements with a large focus on proper mechanics. We are in no hurry to approach high levels of intensity; everything starts with mechanics and consistency. These classes will be great for beginners as all workouts are easily scalable, or can be made more challenging for experienced members. Movement efficiency is the main objective for everyone. These classes are perfect for individuals looking for a general physical preparedness program and to improve quality of life. We recommend members new to CrossFit to spend at least 6 months in CrossFit classes before looking to jump into more advanced levels.

  • CrossFit Youth

    From ages ten to fifteen. Similar to regular CrossFit with scaled down movements and lifts to accommodate all ability levels. This class is offered 1x or 2x per week. It is $50-$70 per month.

  • Girls Who Lift Class

    Nutrition, Mindset, and Powerlifting: All Abilities Welcome! Mostly caters to beginners to weightlifting. Most participants are women with running backgrounds or who are busy Moms that have decided to do something for themselves for once! It is not competitive but still drives them to be better. Workouts at the end are short and intense. Each woman is sent a weekly meal plan and shopping list. Our extensive 12 week program includes:

    *Weekly Meal Prep
    *Step-by-step Nutrition Guide
    *Private Facebook Group Access
    *Daily accountability challenges
    *3 lifting workout days/week with certified weightlifting coach

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Huntingdon Valley offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
