We scale to your fitness level, so you get a challenging workout every time. After completing the basic training course, individuals will be prepared to join traditional CrossFit classes. In these classes, participants will be executing a wide variety of movements with a large focus on proper mechanics. We are in no hurry to approach high levels of intensity; everything starts with mechanics and consistency. These classes will be great for beginners as all workouts are easily scalable, or can be made more challenging for experienced members. Movement efficiency is the main objective for everyone. These classes are perfect for individuals looking for a general physical preparedness program and to improve quality of life. We recommend members new to CrossFit to spend at least 6 months in CrossFit classes before looking to jump into more advanced levels.
