I really value the hour I get to myself, doing something that makes me feel good, and ultimately makes me a happier person and mom. If you have read this far, I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone (although I know Katy and Bryan will make you feel comfortable), do something for yourself, take it seriously and you will see results.
I am 53 and when I joined thought it would be impossible for me to improve and I was happy just trying to keep active and blend into the background. Now I actually make goals for myself and believe that I can move up a band for pull-ups, improve on box jumps, run more than a mile and lift heavier weights.
I love how you and Bryan are accepting of all skill levels and willing to work with each person specifically on their needs. Your love for nutrition, exercise and overall well-being of each person is very caring and admirable. Overall, I feel so much better physically, emotionally, and mentally and I couldn’t have done it without you guys! Thank you both so much!
