Everyone comes to us with different experiences in fitness, different training ages, different health concerns. Why would everyone fit into the same mold to learn when it comes to fitness? What we do know is that everyone comes to us with a goal. We will help you reach it.
During these personal training sessions, whether you are brand new to working out or have been doing this for 10 years, we are going to assess you joint by joint looking for limitations in ranges of motion, we are going to teach you specific movements and how we recommend you modify them based on YOUR ranges of motion, we are going to teach you about breathing and bracing, about rate of perceived exertion so you can understand intent of workouts.
We are going to spend however many sessions it takes to make sure you feel confident and competent, so when you do join the group classes (if that is your goal), we know you feel safe and are safe.
