Our members value an environment that is safe, supportive, non-judgmental and non-intimidating—with a community that’s welcoming regardless of your skill level. Here, we put the most emphasis on the idea that consistent, small changes lead to big results. You don’t have to be perfect, but you should aim to do the little things well. We want you to understand that this leads to progress in all walks of life. We strongly promote a progression to mastery of movement, emphasizing the importance of moving well and staying injury-free.


There are no exceptions to this rule.

We didn’t used to be so strict about this. This is hands down the best way to see if you are a good fit for what we have to offer.

During the first session with us we are going to give you a mobility assessment by going joint by joint while looking for limitations in ranges of motion. We are going to show you how specific movements should be modified based on the results of your screening. We are also going to teach you about breathing and how it relates to RPE (rate of perceived exertion) so you can start to understand the intent behind the workouts you will soon be doing.

This assessment will help us make the best recommendations for your fitness goals whether it’s to continue with 1-on-1 Personal Training, join our Hybrid class (most popular) or get started with CrossFit group classes.

Fitness is for everyone. We are not, and we are okay with that.
